Putnam will challenge Hillsboro on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games.

After constant struggles on the road, Putnam have finally found some success away from home. They took the contest and then some with a 56-0 win over Benson Tech last Thursday. The rankings were on Putnam's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result.

Meanwhile, Hillsboro have had to suffer through a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They secured a 21-17 W over Cleveland.
