There's no place like home for Odin/Patoka, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Saturday. They came out on top against Mulberry Grove by a score of 67-54 on Tuesday.
Mulberry Grove's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jackson Icenogle, who scored 15 points. Icenogle scored a full 27.8% of Mulberry Grove's points, the sixth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Logan Bauer, who scored 11 points.
The win got Odin/Patoka back to even at 2-2. As for Mulberry Grove, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Odin/Patoka will challenge Red Hill at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mulberry Grove, they will head out on the road to face off against Brownstown/St. Elmo at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
