After a string of five wins, the Macksville Mustangs's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost to Sunrise Christian Academy on the road by a decisive 56-41 margin. Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Macksville will face off against Central Plains at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Central Plains will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. Sunrise Christian Academy on the road again on Saturday and play against St. John at 6:00 p.m. on January 20th. St. John's defense has only allowed 27.2 points per game this season, so Sunrise Christian Academy's offense will have their work cut out for them.
