Elliot Christian will head into Tuesday's contest on the come-up: they were handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Tioga on Tuesday. Elliot Christian took their game with ease, bagging a 77-29 victory over Tioga. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-15.

Elliot Christian's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Jeremy Nielsen, who dropped a triple-double on 24 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists, and James Lappe, who went 9 for 14 from beyond the arc on his way to 37 points. Nielsen's evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaden Kirby, who posted two points and 15 boards.
Elliot Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in six consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, Lodi Academy played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 74-32 loss at the hands of Vanguard College Prep. The Titans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-16.
Elliot Christian has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points per game. As for Lodi Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.
