Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Carver Vo-Tech). They breezed by the Guilford Park Panther to the tune of  81-43 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Bears sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
 Carver Vo-Tech had a senior duo take command as  Kaiden Matthews  dropped  a double-double on 13  points and ten  steals and  David Ross  almost  dropped  a double-double on 16 points and nine  boards. Ross continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's  played.  Mario Glenn was another key player,  putting up nine points.
Carver Vo-Tech pushed their record up to 9-4 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.7 points per game. As for Guilford Park,  they are  on  a  seven-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 0-7.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carver Vo-Tech has  already played their next  contest (against City College), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Guilford Park has also has no score uploaded for their next  game, this one against River Hill.
