Nick Bradley Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Abington Heights got the W thanks in part to Nick Bradley playing the best football he has all season. Bradley rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 201 yards and two touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The win (which was Abington Heights' third in a row) raised their record to 6-4. Bradley and Abington Heights will take on Wyoming Valley West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Valley View picked up their ninth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Nick Kucharski. Wallenpaupack Area had no answer to Kucharski as he rushed for 128 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries. Kucharski also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making six total tackles and defending two passes.
Kucharski and Valley View will take on Crestwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Comets, probably because Kucharski had a solid game then too: he rushed for 115 yards on only 11 carries. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
