The Beekmantown Eagles will head out on the road to take on the Plattsburgh Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Beekmantown is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
Last Thursday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Beekmantown beat the Red Storm 45-41. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Beekmantown has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Plattsburgh pushed their score all the way to 69 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 70-69 to Moriah.
Beekmantown is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Plattsburgh, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.
Beekmantown came up short against the Hornets in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 64-55. Can Beekmantown avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
