The Lake Brantley Patriots''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fifth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 48-0 loss at the hands of Seminole. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Lake Brantley in their matchups with Seminole: they've now lost nine in a row.

Lake Brantley's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Seminole, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.
Lake Brantley will head out on the road to face off against Centennial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Centennial is on a four-game streak of home losses, Lake Brantley an eight-game streak of away losses (dating back to last season), but someone's luck is about to change. Seminole will take on Lake Mary at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lake Mary is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
