On Friday McAlester take on Hale at 7:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
McAlester suffered a grim 13-38 defeat to Ada last Friday. McAlester's defeat came about despite a quality game from junior Chris Hilton, who picked up 88 yards on the ground and accumulated 166 passing yards. Hilton has now scored at least one touchdown in the past 5 games.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-66, which was the final score in Hale's tilt against Glenpool.
