Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Mason Walter stepped things up a notch to give Damascus the 'W'. Wootton had no answer to Walter as he struck out six batters over 6.2 innings while giving up three earned runs off only two hits. Walter has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
