The Jefferson Panthers will head out on the road to take on the East Helena Vigilantes at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Jefferson unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 57-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of Three Forks.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Dalton Noble, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. He hasn't dropped below two blocks for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Stevens, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, East Helena had to endure an eight-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past Park with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 69-50. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory East Helena has managed all season.
Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for East Helena, their win bumped their record up to 1-7.
