Holy Redeemer gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  on Tuesday. They blew past the Valley View Cougars 11-4. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Royals also won the last time the pair played  back in April of 2024.

 Drew Cisney made a big impact no matter where he played. He  tossed four innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   six  hits. Furthermore,  he didn't allow a single  walk, the first time  he has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while going 2-for-4. Those  three  stolen bases gave  him a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Noah Hummel was  excellent,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4.  Cody Quaglia was another key player,  scoring three  runs while going 1-for-4.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holy Redeemer will host Western Wayne  at 4:15  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Valley View, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Lakeland  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
