On Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Warren beat Odem 43-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Warren.
Jerrod Yeagin was his usual excellent self, scoring 18 points. That makes it seven consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Warren's points. Another player making a difference was Lewis Petty, who scored 12 points.
Warren is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-10 record this season. As for Odem, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Pettus the next time they take the court. Odem will host Pettus at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, while Warren will head out to face them at 8:30 a.m. on Friday.
