After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Jackson, Satsuma was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They took down the Chickasaw Chieftains 28-13. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Gators as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-7. As for Chickasaw, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

As of now, neither Satsuma nor the Chieftains have any future games scheduled.
