After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Goleman, Hialeah-Miami Lakes was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Dr. Krop Lightning as they made off with a 21-3 victory. Considering the Trojans have won eight matches by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Daniela Castejon was a standout: she scored three runs while getting on base in four of her six plate appearances. Cyeanna Delva was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in four of her seven plate appearances.

Hialeah-Miami Lakes has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.8 runs over those games. As for Dr. Krop, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Hialeah-Miami Lakes will square off against Tournament Opponent at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Dr. Krop, they will face off against Hialeah Gardens at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
