It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Canadian Wildcats had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They blew past Littlefield 65-7 at home. Canadian's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Camren Cavalier went supernova for Canadian, throwing for 320 yards and six touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes, and also punching in three touchdowns on the ground. Cavalier is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Dumbauld, who picked up 119 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Canadian has yet to lose a match at home this season, leaving them with a 11-0 record. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 44.83 points. As for Littlefield, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.
Canadian will look to defend their home field on November 17th against Early at 7:00 p.m. Early is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Littlefield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
