A Season-Best Effort from Drew Mckenzie Leads Acalanes over Dublin
On Friday, Acalanes got the W thanks in part to Drew Mckenzie playing the best football he has all season. Mckenzie picked up four sacks and made eight total tackles (5.0 for loss).

Miramonte's four-game losing streak is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Carson Blair. Blair turned in nothing short of a gem on Friday, throwing for 286 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.0 yards per attempt.
Blair is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Benicia on Friday. Back in September (the last time Blair saw the Panthers), he threw for 334 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.1 yards per attempt, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
