Cocoa Beach barely beat Melbourne Central Catholic the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Minutemen were the clear victors by  an  11-3 margin over the Hustlers on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  6-5  back in March.
 Connor McGrew made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He  struck out nine batters over  4.1 innings while giving up just two earned  (and one unearned) runs off   six  hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in nine consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4.

 In other batting news,  Colton Marshall was  incredible,  going 4-for-5 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base. Those  four  hits gave  him a new career-high.  Kristian Wolfe was another key player,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 Cocoa Beach  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. They are  a perfect 7-0 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
Cocoa Beach is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.1 runs over those games. As for Melbourne Central Catholic, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 12-10.
As of now, neither Cocoa Beach nor the Hustlers have any future games scheduled.
