Urbana were not able to make up for their defeat to Normal University from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Urbana and Normal University will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Tigers are set to challenge their familiar foe Peoria at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Normal University will face off against rival Rochester at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
