The Marian Catholic Spartans''s game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Leo 47-0 at home. The result was nothing new for Marian Catholic, who have now won three games by 30 points or more so far this season.
Tyler Lofton was the offensive standout of the matchup as he rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns. Lofton's longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Moe Davis, who rushed for 67 yards and a touchdown.
Marian Catholic's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Leo, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
Marian Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Leo is also done with their season.
