The win was just what Athens Christian Preparatory Academy needed coming off of a 65-38 defeat in their prior matchup.
Landry Gammon continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 27 points along with nine rebounds and six assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Athens Christian Preparatory Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Mitchell Koerth, who scored 14 points.
Athens Christian Preparatory Academy pushed their record up to 10-6 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.6 points per game. As for St. Mary's, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.
