Glenbard North is a perfect 4-0 against West Chicago since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Panthers will welcome the Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Glenbard North comes in on five and West Chicago on four.
Glenbard North is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over Hinsdale South on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won three games by nine runs or more so far this season.
Avery Miller spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on five hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season.
