The Emmett Huskies and the Nampa Bulldogs will meet in a canine-themed contest  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Emmett is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 32.9  points per game  this season.

 Emmett's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Lincoln Thayn, who rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns, and also caught a touchdown.  Ryder Scheibe was another key player, rushing for 106 yards on only 12 carries.
 He was just one part of a punishing run game: Emmett was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 327  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 188  rushing yards in seven consecutive  contests.
 Meanwhile, Nampa was able to grind out a solid  win over Ridgevue on Friday, taking the game  21-10. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Bulldogs.
 Emmett is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record  this season. As for Nampa, they now  have a winning record of 4-3.
