The Foundation Collegiate Academy Wolves were the 61-42 winner over the Girard College Cavaliers when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Foundation Collegiate Academy suffered a tough 45-23 defeat at the hands of Girard College on Wednesday.
Girard College can attribute much of their success to Brendan Curtis, who scored 14 points along with 6 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Antoine Seals, who scored 13 points.
Foundation Collegiate Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Girard College, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foundation Collegiate Academy will take on Kohelet Yeshiva at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Girard College, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Germantown Academy at 2:30 p.m. on December 9th.
