Blacksburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for High Point Academy, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-10.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Blacksburg and Greenville Tech Charter will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
