Jarriel was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances. She also put up an RBI, which was her first of the season.
In other batting news, Harnett Central got a massive performance out of Molly Champion, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. Those runs marked the first that Champion scored this season. Lauren Faulkner was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
