There's no place like home for Eastlake, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Montwood Rams on Friday as the Eastlake Falcons made off with a 9-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won five matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Eastlake moved to 6-6 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the losses came by an average of only 1.33 runs. As for Montwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Eastlake and Montwood will both be playing Franklin the next time they take the field. Montwood will head out to face Franklin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Eastlake will host them at 10:00 a.m. on March 22nd.
