Hawley suffered their biggest loss since November 26th on Saturday. They lost 65-41 to the Mountain Iron-Buhl Rangers. The Nuggets' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Mountain Iron-Buhl's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Anna Neyens led the charge by going 6 of 14 on her way to 19 points and three steals. Neyens is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Aniyah Thomas, who went 5 of 10 on her way to 16 points and five assists.

Hawley's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Mountain Iron-Buhl, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.

Hawley will take on Lake Park-Audubon at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mountain Iron-Buhl, they will challenge Brandon/Evansville at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday.
