Bell Gardens won the last time they faced Azusa and things went their way on Monday too. The Bell Gardens Lancers were the clear victor by a 63-40 margin over the Azusa Aztecs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lancers.

Several Aztecs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Adam Sanchez, who posted ten points and eight rebounds. Luis Garrido was another key player, putting up 12 points along with five rebounds and three steals.

Bell Gardens now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Azusa, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-1.

Bell Gardens wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 77-45 loss against California on the 3rd. As for Azusa, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 62-37 win against Rosemead on the 4th.
