Seaholm had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on Churchill with a sharp 71-49 win on Friday. Seaholm's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Meanwhile, Southfield Arts & Tech's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by Summit Academy North 75-38.
Seaholm's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Southfield Arts & Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
Seaholm couldn't quite finish off Southfield Arts & Tech in their previous meeting back in December of 2022 and fell 45-43. Can Seaholm avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
