After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rockport-Fulton, the Annapolis Christian Academy Warriors were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 66-27 win over La Villa. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Annapolis Christian Academy's 22-point performance the contest before.
Leading Annapolis Christian Academy to victory were Joshua Cavazos and Jake Gwaltney. Cavazos scored 9 points along with 12 rebounds and 8 assists, while Gwaltney dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds. Brogen Easter was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 5 rebounds and 5 steals.
Annapolis Christian Academy now has a winning record of 4-3. As for La Villa, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
