El Monte fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. El Monte strolled past Gabrielino when the teams last played back in September of 2022 by a score of 56-41. The rematch might be a little tougher for El Monte since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
