Baseball Recap: Valley Forge Baptist Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against La Academia Charter two weeks ago, Valley Forge Baptist Academy came back down to earth. The Patriots lost 11-1 to The Christian Academy on Thursday. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as The Christian Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Valley Forge Baptist Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ian WALL, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. WALL is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Valley Forge Baptist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for The Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Valley Forge Baptist Academy has already played their next contest, a 15-6 victory against Upper Bucks Christian on the 22nd. As for The Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 12-0 win against Valley Forge Military Academy on the 24th.
