The Brewbaker Tech Rams waltzed into their matchup on Monday with four straight wins but they left with five. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Demopolis 59-26 at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Brewbaker Tech has posted since December 15, 2023.
Erin Martin continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 17 points along with six rebounds and four blocks. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jillian Baine, who scored 15 points along with four steals.
Brewbaker Tech's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-12. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points per game. As for Demopolis, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
Coincidentally, Brewbaker Tech and Demopolis will both be playing Selma the next time they take the court. Brewbaker Tech will head out to face Selma at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Demopolis will head out to face them at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.
