Payne Tech came out on top against Belleville on Wednesday thanks in part to Ayliana Hernandez's efforts. Hernandez scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-5, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Coming up, Hernandez and Payne Tech will face off against Glen Ridge at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lions haven't beaten the Ridgers recently, having gone 0-4 since April of 2023.
