Greenbrier got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ethan Crumby out in front who scored 24 points along with seven rebounds. Those 24 points set a new season-high mark for him. Nate Castleman was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with nine rebounds and seven assists.
Greenbrier is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season. As for Sycamore, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-8.
Greenbrier will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Macon County at 7:30 p.m. Macon County is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Sycamore, they will head out on the road to face off against Liberty Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
