After a string of five wins, Greer's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Pickens Blue Flame. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Yellow Jackets have suffered since October 31, 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-11, 25-20.

Greer's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 6-3. As for Pickens, their victory bumped their record up to 12-1.
