Volleyball Recap: Miramonte Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Miramonte came into Thursday's game having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ygnacio Valley Wolves on Thursday. The matchup marked the Matadors' most dominant win of the season.

One reason for the win was Miramonte's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-20, 25-18.

Miramonte's victory bumped their record up to 5-25. As for Ygnacio Valley, they are on a 30-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

As of now, neither Miramonte nor the Wolves have any future games scheduled.
