Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Porter). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Waller Bulldogs 71-31. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Spartans as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Porter's win bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Waller, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Porter has already played their next matchup, a 39-37 victory against MacArthur on the 10th. As for Waller, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 70-39 defeat against College Station on the 10th.
