On Friday Preston Copeland was dialed in and dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. Considering what he did the last time these two duked it out (he scored 14 points along with six rebounds), GRACE Christian should've known better. That was a full 48.8% of St. David's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. For the year, Copeland has averaged 16.4 points, 1.4 blocks, and 9.5 rebounds per contest.
Copeland and St. David's will head out on the road to square off against Cary Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Copeland hasn't had any trouble running up the score (he's averaged 16.4 per game this season), but it's looking like he'll have his work cut out for him against Cary Christian's dominant defense.
