St. George's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Fayette Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season.
St. George's took a serious blow against Fayette Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, falling 64-26. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point St. George's was down 44-16.
