When it comes to explaining why Columbus International lost, one person who can't be blamed is KJ Jones. Despite the final result, he scored 19 points along with nine rebounds and three steals. That was a full 51.4% of Columbus International's points, marking the seventh time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Columbus International has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Linden-McKinley, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-5.
Columbus International will head out on the road to take on Beechcroft at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Linden-McKinley, they will be playing at home against Western Hills at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
