On Friday, Hialeah Gardens are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Coral Park at 3:30 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Hialeah Gardens took care of business in their home opener. They were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Westland Hialeah 36-0.
Meanwhile, Coral Park had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 7-40 punch to the gut against Southwest last week. Coral Park were down by 0-27 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Hialeah Gardens's win lifted them to 1-0 while Coral Park's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Hialeah Gardens can add another positive mark to their record or if Coral Park can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Hialeah Gardens's step.
