The Norristown Eagles''s nine-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They managed a 35-31 victory over Upper Perkiomen. Norristown's offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last three games.
Norristown got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Rashon Giddens out in front who picked up 152 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Giddens' longest reception was for an incredible 82 yards. Brendan Farrell was another key contributor, throwing for 212 yards and four touchdowns on only ten passes.
