As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jones has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Collin Ingram, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, Long Beach Poly put the finishing touches on their 12th blowout victory of the season on Friday. They claimed a resounding 63-34 win over Upland on the road. The victory was familiar territory for Long Beach Poly who now have eight in a row.
Murrieta Valley is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-10 record this season. As for Long Beach Poly, their victory bumped their record up to 22-8.
