Even though the Banning Pilots and the Carson Colts combined for nine shots on goal on Wednesday, they only managed to actually make zero of them. Banning and Carson finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw. The result kept Banning happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 12th.
With that draw, Banning's record moves to 9-4-3. Meanwhile, Carson's record is now 7-8-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Banning will face off against Narbonne at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Banning is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 2.5 goals per game this season. Carson is on the road again on Friday and plays Rancho Dominguez at 4:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Carson's last seven contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
