Franklin Academy's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Kyler Roberts, who threw for 279 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 passes, and Addison Spradling, who gained 175 total yards and four touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Cade Ingram, who picked up 124 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Sharkey Issaquena Academy's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Franklin Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 6-5.
