Baseball Recap: Rainier's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Rainier had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They never let the Onalaska Loggers get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Thursday. The Mountaineers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Loggers, too.

Kaymen Larman was excellent, scoring a run while going 1-for-2. He also put up two RBI, which were his first of the season.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-8. As for Onalaska, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Rainier will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Loggers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
