The Yutan Chieftains can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Monday. They breezed by Logan View/Scribner-Snyder at home to the tune of 50-19. The victory was familiar territory for Yutan who now have three in a row.
Leading Yutan to victory were Jade Lewis and Maura Tichota. Lewis scored 16 points, while Tichota scored 16 points.
Yutan's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.4 points per game. As for Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Yutan will take on the Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Cavaliers at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Bishop Neumann's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three contests.
