Hanson is 9-0 against the Flyers since February of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Hanson Beavers will look to defend their home court against the Freeman Flyers at 8:00 p.m. The timing isn't great for Hanson: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while the Flyers have snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.
Last Saturday, Hanson got the win against the Pheasants by a conclusive 57-37.
Even though Freeman has not done well against the Cavaliers recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Freeman claimed a resounding 65-33 victory over the Cavaliers at home.
Freeman's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Luke Peters, who scored 13 points along with two steals. David Walter was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Hanson's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Freeman, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Hanson against the Flyers when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the squad secured a 73-46 victory. Does Hanson have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Flyers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
